Anti Aging Food

Anti Aging foods is an old thing being re-discovered in recent years. In the last 50 to 60 years processed foods have taken over the small food markets of yesterday. Before World War Two our nation primarily ate fruits, vegetables, lean meat, fresh fish, nuts and grains.  Then the food industry started up after World War II to give the consumer, now busy with growing a new economy, better more convenient  food sources.We surly got the convenience but the food turned out to be not nearly as good for us as what our ancestors ate. So now we have rediscovered what we actually knew all along but had given up for convenience and speed. In the last 50 years our major diseases like heart, cancer, stroke, arthritis, stomach problems and most all others have increased even though we are living longer on average. We are living longer because we found a way to conquer the old killers which were bacteria and viruses.

Anti aging food is made up of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains. Also included in this anti aging category are algae and sea harvested vegetables. Each food has its own unique nutrients which perform specific chemical actions in the body which are designed by nature to prevent disease and keep us at optimal health all of our lives.
